Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and organized Branch Administrator to oversee the daily operations of our branch. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing administrative task and ensuring efficient daily office flow. This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to multitask effectively in a growing environment.

Duties

  • Responsibilities:
  • - Communicate with customers via phone, email, and chat to assist with inquiries, orders, and issue resolution.- Analyze customer needs and recommend products or services that best fit their requirements.- Conduct outbound calling campaigns to follow up on customer inquiries or to promote new products.- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently.- Upsell products or services to increase revenue.
  • Experience
  • Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably in a branch or office setting.
  • - Proven experience in customer service or sales roles.- Work with DocuSign to process new customer accounts and contracts.- Strong communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with customers.- Proficient in data entry and navigating in Cargas computer systems.- Experience with outbound calling is preferred. Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour

Schedule:

  • 4 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • No weekends
