As a Branch Relationship Executive, you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing relationships with clients and job seekers in the blue grey collar industry. Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their staffing needs
- Source, screen, and interview candidates for blue grey collar job positions
- Match candidates with suitable job opportunities and facilitate the hiring process
- Provide ongoing support and communication to clients and candidates throughout the recruitment process
- Meet and exceed recruitment targets and KPIs
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless recruitment process
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices to provide expert advice to clients and candidates
Good to have:
- Previous experience in blue grey collar recruitment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Results-driven with a customer-centric approach
