JOB DESCRIPTION:
As a Relationship Executive, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and candidates in the blue grey collar industry. You will be the main point of contact for all recruitment needs and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.

As a Relationship Executive, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and candidates in the blue grey collar industry. You will be the main point of contact for all recruitment needs and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients and candidates
- Identify client requirements and provide suitable candidates for open positions
- Conduct interviews and screenings to assess candidate qualifications
- Coordinate interviews between clients and candidates
- Provide ongoing support and communication throughout the recruitment process
- Collaborate with team members to meet recruitment goals
- Utilize recruitment software and tools to track progress and manage candidate profiles

- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Knowledge of blue grey collar industry trends and best practices
