Job Title: Customer Relationship Executive (Sales & CRM)

Role Overview

We are looking for our client for a result-driven and energetic Customer Relationship Executive who can actively contribute to lead conversion, customer engagement, revenue generation, and post-sales relationship management. The ideal candidate will support the sales team in converting prospects into customers while ensuring a superior buying experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound sales calls to generate site visits and bookings.
  • Follow up with leads generated through digital campaigns, channel partners, and walk-ins.
  • Coordinate and schedule site visits; assist the sales team in closing deals.
  • Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective buyers to improve conversion ratio.
  • Track leads in CRM and ensure accurate sales funnel management.
  • Support collection follow-ups and ensure timely payment realization.
  • Upsell / cross-sell add-on services, inventory upgrades, and referral programs.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing customers to generate repeat business and referrals.
  • Handle objections and negotiations in coordination with the sales manager.
  • Ensure achievement of monthly sales targets and KPIs.

Required Skills

  • Strong persuasive and negotiation skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Sales-focused mindset with target orientation
  • Ability to handle objections confidently
  • Good understanding of real estate sales cycle (preferred)
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office

Educational Qualification

  • Graduate in any discipline
  • MBA (Marketing / Sales) preferred but not mandatory
  • Experience
  • 0–5 years in Real Estate Sales / CRM / Tele-sales / Direct Sales
  • Freshers with strong sales aptitude are welcome

Compensation Structure

  • Fixed Salary + Attractive Performance-Based Incentives
  • High earning potential based on sales performance

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
