Compensation: Weekly Pay + Uncapped Commission

Are you outgoing, driven, and ready to represent something meaningful? We’re looking for motivated Brand Ambassadors to join our Minneapolis-based events team and bring energy, enthusiasm, and purpose to every interaction.

This isn’t your average 9–5. As a Brand Ambassador, you'll be front and center at live, in-person events — connecting with the public, building awareness for nonprofit campaigns, and inspiring action that makes a real impact.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Represent Top Nonprofits: Share the mission and work of leading charitable organizations at high-traffic event locations.
• Engage the Public: Start conversations, build rapport, and create meaningful connections with attendees.
• Drive Campaign Results: Encourage donations, sign-ups, and support by delivering compelling messaging with confidence and integrity.
• Work as a Team: Collaborate with a high-energy team to meet goals and maintain a positive, productive atmosphere.
• Grow Your Skills: Participate in hands-on training and regular coaching to improve communication, sales, and leadership abilities.

We’re Looking for People Who:

• Are confident, outgoing, and comfortable speaking with strangers
• Thrive in fast-paced settings like events, retail, hospitality, or promotions
• Are motivated by results and excited by uncapped earning potential
• Show up with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Can work flexible hours, including some weekends

Previous experience in customer service, sales, promotions, or events is a plus — but not required. If you bring the right attitude, we’ll provide the tools and training for success.
