We’re looking for a curious, energetic and results-focused Brand Manager to help drive growth across an exciting and evolving portfolio. You’ll own strategy and execution end-to-end, delivering impact across the full marketing mix.

Description:
What you’ll do

Working cross-functionally with category, technical, and sales teams, you will:

Shape and lead brand strategy, bringing it to life through standout campaigns, retail execution, and communications
Turn consumer insight, trends and performance data into compelling brand stories and activations that connect with shoppers
Drive portfolio growth through insight-led initiatives, innovation, and range evolution
Play a key role in launching new products, helping take ideas from concept to shelf with impact
Act as a brand custodian, building strong, consistent brands across every consumer and shopper touchpoint
Track performance, learn fast and optimise activity to drive results
Be an active, positive force in a collaborative, high-performing marketing team

Skills and Experiences:
What you’ll bring:

Experience in Brand Management within FMCG, food, or a similar environment
A curious, self-driven mindset with a strong bias for action
Commercial thinking paired with creative brand sensibility
Confidence working cross-functionally and influencing stakeholders
Energy, accountability, and a genuine interest in learning and building capability

This role is a 12-month fixed term contract covering parental leave; ideally to start by last week of February.
