We’re looking for a curious, energetic and results-focused Brand Manager to help drive growth across an exciting and evolving portfolio. You’ll own strategy and execution end-to-end, delivering impact across the full marketing mix.
Description:
What you’ll do
Working cross-functionally with category, technical, and sales teams, you will:
- Shape and lead brand strategy, bringing it to life through standout campaigns, retail execution, and communications
- Turn consumer insight, trends and performance data into compelling brand stories and activations that connect with shoppers
- Drive portfolio growth through insight-led initiatives, innovation, and range evolution
- Play a key role in launching new products, helping take ideas from concept to shelf with impact
- Act as a brand custodian, building strong, consistent brands across every consumer and shopper touchpoint
- Track performance, learn fast and optimise activity to drive results
- Be an active, positive force in a collaborative, high-performing marketing team
What you’ll bring:
- Experience in Brand Management within FMCG, food, or a similar environment
- A curious, self-driven mindset with a strong bias for action
- Commercial thinking paired with creative brand sensibility
- Confidence working cross-functionally and influencing stakeholders
