About the role

Come and make your mark in our Active Wellness team in Warriewood and play a hands‑on role in shaping the future of our brands. This full‑time, in‑office position will work on brands like Naturopathica, Gastro Health and our Phytoactive range and gives you the opportunity to bring our wellness‑driven philosophy to life through end‑to‑end brand management, innovation, and execution. Partner with cross‑functional teams to craft meaningful campaigns, drive commercial impact, and continue growing your marketing expertise

Duties include:

• Lead development and implementation of new products
• Monthly analysis & reporting of scan and category sales
• Support internal sales team with go to market plans and category strategies
• Manage brand media campaigns, planning, creative reporting and budgets
• Ensure compliance of all company policies and procedures

Skills and Experiences:
About you

• Degree qualified in Marketing or similar
• 2+ years as a Brand Manager or similar with a drive to learn and build your core marketing capabilities
• A self-starter - must be able to work autonomously and have the drive to grow portfolios – always looking for and identifying opportunities
• Strong communication, organisation and project management skills
• Solid financial acumen
