RockED is reshaping the way the automotive industry learns and grows. We’re looking for a highly organized, creative, and data-driven Marketing Manager to join our growing team. This person will play a key role in driving RockED’s brand presence, supporting sales initiatives, executing campaigns, and expanding our audience across channels.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media & Content Marketing

  • Own and grow RockED’s social media presence (LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.)
  • Create and schedule compelling, on-brand content using tools like Canva
  • Analyze performance and adjust strategies based on data insights

Campaigns & Sales Enablement

  • Build and execute integrated email marketing campaigns to drive engagement and leads
  • Collaborate with sales to create impactful sales collateral and enablement tools
  • Manage and maintain marketing automation workflows and lead nurture streams

Event Marketing

  • Plan and execute marketing initiatives around RockED events and partner events
  • Coordinate assets, promotion, and follow-up campaigns for virtual and in-person events

CRM & Reporting

  • Manage contact lists and campaigns within our CRM (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce)
  • Track marketing KPIs and provide regular performance reports and insights

Other Projects

  • Support additional marketing or brand-building initiatives as needed
  • Take on special projects that contribute to RockED’s growth and visibility

Requirements

  • Hands-on experience in marketing through internships, projects, or professional roles; familiarity with B2B, education, tech, or automotive industries is a plus
  • Proficient in Canva and CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar)
  • Strong project management and organizational skills — thrives on task completion
  • Creative thinker with an eye for detail and design
  • Analytical mindset — uses data to improve strategy and performance
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Self-starter who takes ownership and gets things done

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
