Duties

• Prepare and serve a variety of breakfast items, ensuring quality and presentation meet brand standards
• Maintain cleanliness of the breakfast area, including tables, counters, and food stations, adhering to food safety guidelines
• Set up and break down buffet stations or serving areas efficiently before and after service
• Assist guests with food selections, answer questions about menu items, and provide friendly customer service
• Manage food handling responsibilities with proper hygiene practices, including stocking supplies and refilling stations as needed
• Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for order processing and cash handling accurately
• Support catering or banquet setups when required, ensuring timely delivery and presentation of breakfast services

Qualifications

• Previous kitchen experience or food preparation skills are highly desirable
• Strong customer service skills with excellent communication and phone etiquette
• Experience with POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus
• Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Experience in hospitality roles such as host/hostess, catering, or hotel service is beneficial
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods, lift supplies, and perform cleaning duties effectively
