L’escale restaurant & bar, a fine dining restaurant featuring seasonal Mediterranean cuisine at the Delamar Hotel Greenwich Harbor, is seeking an experienced & dynamic Breakfast Chef to join the culinary team.
The Breakfast Chef will oversee the breakfast program. He/she will manage and prepare homemade breakfast foods, including pastries and bread, and à la minute egg and protein dishes. He/she will lead the breakfast service period to ensure a delicious and memorable guest experience.
Candidates should have 1-3 years’ experience in a fine dining restaurant. Previous full-service hotel experience is highly desirable. This is a full-timeposition. The role is primarily a morning shift from 6am to 11am, 5-6 days a week, including weekends. Additional shifts/hours available for the right fit.
