Breakfast Supervisor 38hrs

Canal House Hotel, is part of A Curious Group of Hotels.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about guest care, an excellent eye for detail in F&B, somebody who can work as part of a team and at the same time be organised and pro active as an individual.

We want our guest to arrive in the restaurant feeling relaxed and comfortable with the knowledge that they will be well looked after.

We can offer this as a Full time role, so any 5 days out of 7.( based on 38hrs weekly) with a variety of shifts that start at 6.30am or 8am and these are shared amongst the team.

Key tasks:

Guest care at breakfast time - this is totally hand on.

Placing orders of all F&B items

Weekly stock checks and reports

Health & Safety management of the department

Bar knowledge

Room service delivery.

Training of the team and all F&B procedures.

Previous experience in a luxury hotel would be an advantage but is not essential.

Please note we do NOT have any staff accommodation.

You must have a permit that allows you to work in Amsterdam.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 7 months

Pay: €2.644,20 per month
