Now Hiring: Part-Time Brunch Chef | MW Restaurant Group | Albuquerque, NM

MW Restaurant Group is looking for a skilled and passionate Brunch Chef to lead our weekend brunch service. This part-time role is ideal for a chef who takes pride in breakfast and brunch cuisine, has excellent technique, and a sharp eye for detail.

Schedule:

Saturdays & Sundays only

Early morning through early afternoon

What We’re Looking For:

• A chef with solid experience in brunch or breakfast service, especially in a professional kitchen setting.
• Mastery of egg cookery: poaching, frying, scrambling, and creating perfectly cooked omelets every time.
• Confidence in preparing and holding a stable, well-emulsified hollandaise—this is a must.
• A meticulous approach to following recipes, plating standards, and timing.
• Someone with a creative spark—we’re building an inventive and fun brunch program and value chefs who bring new ideas to the table.
• Ability to stay organized and efficient during service, even when the tickets start flying.
• A team player who communicates well and contributes positively to kitchen culture.

Responsibilities:

• Execute all brunch menu items to high standards of quality and presentation.
• Maintain prep levels and stay organized during fast-paced service hours.
• Collaborate with the Chef de Cuisine and Executive Chef on new menu ideas and seasonal specials.
• Ensure food safety, cleanliness, and station readiness from open to close.
• Uphold consistency and deliver a memorable guest experience, every plate, every time.
