Job Summary:
We are seeking a knowledgeable and customer-oriented Cannabis Budtender to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist customers with their cannabis product needs, provide exceptional customer service, constantly improve their knowledge of cannabis products, strains, terpenes, cannabinoids, and ensure compliance with all regulations.

Duties:
- Assist customers in selecting suitable cannabis products based on their needs
- Provide information on different strains, effects, and consumption methods
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment
- Keep up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends
- Execute upselling techniques to increase sales
- Ensure compliance with all state regulations regarding the sale of cannabis products

Qualifications:

-Must have CannSell Certification

-Criminal Record Check Required
- Previous experience as a budtender preferred
- Strong organizational skills to manage inventory and sales transactions
- Proficiency in computer operations for sales transactions and inventory management
- Excellent customer service skills to provide a positive shopping experience
- Knowledge of different cannabis strains, terpenes, cannabinoids, products, and consumption methods
- Leadership abilities to guide customers through their purchase decisions

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $17.60-$19.20 per hour
