Job Description:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and self-motivated Budtender to join our team. As a Budtender, you will be the face of Four Twenty Cannabis, guiding customers through their cannabis experience with expert advice and friendly service. You must have a passion for cannabis, a desire to learn, and the ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers with their cannabis purchases, providing product knowledge and recommendations based on individual needs.
• Ensure a welcoming and safe environment for all customers.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all cannabis products, including flowers, edibles, concentrates, and accessories.
• Process transactions accurately using the point-of-sale system.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including those related to safety and compliance.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store.
• Work collaboratively with team members to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service.
• Stand for prolonged periods during shifts.

Qualifications:

• Must have flexible availability, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
• Must be able to pass a clean background check.
• Must be self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
• Must be a team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Previous retail or customer service experience is an asset, but not required.
