Business Shine Services Limited is currently recruiting for the role of a Business Administrator and we are an Auckland based cleaning company that provide services to our commercial clientele.
For this role, you will require at least 3 years of relevant business experience and/or a relevant qualification (level 5 Diploma) in Business/Accounts/Finance/Retail/Sales.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Duties and Tasks
- Maintain all records including financial
- Ensure all documentation for contracts
- Managing accounts
- Banking
- Verifying transactions
- Preparing and following up on invoices and quotes
- Drafting quotations and managing and maintaining staff rosters
- Noting and ensuring staff attendance
- Drafting emails upon instruction of Director
- Basic financial accounting tasks
- Invoicing and reconciling transactions
- Managing the administrative functions of the business
- Managing all documentation related to suppliers
- Accounts & Office management
- Managing customer database
- Ensuring customer work is completed on time and to ensure that technicians are conducting work in line with contractual obligations
- Drafting customer contracts
- Providing estimates and quotes
- Managing workflow
- Manage company compliance
- Ensuring staff rosters and sites are being manned and served
- Managing feedback and implementing into operations

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $30.00 – $40.00 per hour
Expected hours: 32 – 45 per week
