We are hiring a Business Development Manager (BDM) with strong expertise in lead generation, client handling, and sales conversion. The candidate should have hands-on experience in digital marketing services and website design & development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate and qualify leads through LinkedIn, email campaigns, and other platforms
  • Convert leads into clients by understanding their business needs
  • Handle client queries and provide tailored solutions
  • Pitch services like SEO, PPC, Social Media Marketing, and Website Development
  • Conduct client meetings, demos, and follow-ups
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships

Requirements:

  • 1–4 years of experience in Business Development / Sales (Digital Marketing )
  • Strong knowledge of Digital Marketing & Website Development services
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Proven ability to generate leads and close deals
  • Self-driven and target-oriented

Mohali (On-site only)
