Job Description

Infinity Crest Group is looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Business Development Executive to join our growing team in Thanjavur. The ideal candidate should be passionate about sales, possess excellent communication skills, and be capable of identifying new business opportunities while building long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and generate new business opportunities.
• Reach out to prospective clients through calls, emails, and meetings.
• Present the company's products and services to potential customers.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Follow up with leads and convert them into business.
• Achieve monthly business development and sales targets.
• Prepare daily reports and update customer information.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure excellent customer service.

Required Skills

• Fluent English communication (Mandatory).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong negotiation and convincing skills.
• Lead generation and client acquisition skills.
• Good presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
• Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
• Fluent English communication is mandatory.
