Full Job Description

S&M Tech is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Business Development Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, meeting prospective customers, promoting S&M Tech's services and selected partner solutions, and managing the complete sales cycle from lead generation to successful deal closure.

Eligibility

• 12th Pass / Diploma / Any Degree
• Freshers and Experienced candidates can apply
• Must have a two-wheeler and a valid driving licence
• Basic computer and smartphone knowledge
• Preference will be given to candidates residing in Tirunelveli or nearby areas.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new business leads through field visits, phone calls, referrals, networking, and other prospecting methods.
• Contact, qualify, and follow up with prospective customers.
• Meet customers to understand their business requirements and recommend suitable S&M Tech services and selected partner solutions.
• Present S&M Tech's services and selected partner solutions, prepare quotations, and explain pricing, project scope, deliverables, and timelines.
• Negotiate with customers and successfully close sales.
• Coordinate with the internal team to ensure smooth onboarding and project execution.
• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
• Follow up with existing customers for repeat business, renewals, and referrals.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, meetings, quotations, and sales activities.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and submit daily activity reports.
