Description:

Support the embedding of CRM and BD processes across the organisation, positioning the CRM as the core system for opportunity and growth management.
Manage CRM and portal inputs to reduce manual data entry by senior executives while improving visibility, oversight and decision-making
Drive cross-division and cross-regional engagement to support prioritisation of growth opportunities and informed strategic trade-offs.
Provide insights into opportunity pipelines, growth gaps and strengths to support strategic planning and potential M&A considerations.
Ensure correct requirements, documentation and information are identified, sourced and implemented throughout BD and bid processes
Support continuous improvement initiatives, including future innovation in channels to market.
About You
Sound understanding of business development processes and opportunity management.
Strong familiarity with CRM content, objectives and processes.
Experience navigating and/or managing CRM systems (NetSuite experience highly regarded).
Background in industrial, project-based or contracting environments will be highly regarded.
Highly collaborative and confidence in working with senior stakeholders.
Organised, task-driven and disciplined, with the ability to manage competing priorities.
Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
We want to hear from you
