Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and driven Business Development Executive to support our growth in the education sector, particularly through partnerships with K-12 schools, school boards, and private institutions. The ideal candidate will have prior experience engaging with schools and a strong understanding of the Canadian education ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the school and education market.
  • Build and maintain relationships with school administrators, principals, and education stakeholders.
  • Conduct outreach via calls, emails, and in-person meetings to promote company offerings.
  • Develop and deliver tailored presentations and proposals to school decision-makers.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure solutions meet the needs of educational clients.
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and track pipeline progress.
  • Attend education-related events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
  • Provide feedback from schools to help improve products and services.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in the education sector.
  • Proven ability to build relationships and close deals with schools or educational institutions.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
  • Ability to travel within Canada as needed.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in EdTech, school services, or curriculum solutions.
  • Understanding of provincial school systems and procurement processes.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $51,000.00-$124,806.48 per year
