Key Responsibilities

  • Project Identification & Lead Generation: Identify ongoing and upcoming construction projects (residential, commercial, infrastructure, government) in the assigned territory.
  • Direct Sales & Business Development: Meet with builders, engineers, architects, contractors, and procurement managers to pitch TMT products and secure direct orders.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with key institutional clients to ensure repeat business.
  • Target Achievement: Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales volume targets (measured in tonnage) for TMT bars.
  • Order Execution & Logistics Coordination: Coordinate with the company’s factory or stockyard to ensure timely delivery of TMT bars to the project site.
  • Payment Collection: Responsible for the entire sales cycle, including collecting payments and managing outstanding invoices (receivables management).
  • Market Intelligence: Monitor competitor activities, pricing strategies, and project developments in the territory and report to management.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
