Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify profitable business opportunities through market research, networking, and analysis of trends.
  • Generate and pursue leads to acquire new clients and expand existing customer accounts.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships by understanding client needs and offering tailored solutions.
  • Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations, proposals, and negotiate contracts.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and sales teams to align business development strategies with company goals.
  • Attend industry events and networking activities to research prospects and represent the company.
  • Monitor and analyze business performance, sales metrics, and market trends to refine strategies.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members (if applicable).
  • Maintain detailed records of client interactions and sales pipeline using CRM tools.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA is often preferred.
  • Proven experience in sales, business development, or a related role.
  • Strong understanding of market research, sales strategies, and negotiation tactics.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: €33,453.00 per year
