We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Sales and Account Executive to join our growing team in Dublin.
Position Overview:
The Sales and Account Executive will be responsible for driving revenue by acquiring new clients and nurturing existing relationships. Key responsibilities will include identifying market opportunities, conducting sales presentations, negotiating contracts, managing the full sales cycle, and achieving sales targets while ensuring client satisfaction. They act as the primary liaison between customers and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development:
Prospect and generate new business through cold calling, networking, and leads.
Account Management:
Nurture existing client relationships to increase satisfaction and identify upselling/cross-selling opportunities.
Sales Cycle Management:
Manage the full sales process from initial contact, needs assessment, and proposal to negotiation and closing.
Strategy & Reporting:
Develop strategic account plans, provide accurate sales forecasts, and maintain CRM data (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
Relationship Management:
Act as the primary contact for client queries, KPIs, and performance updates.
Required Skills and Qualifications
· Excellent verbal and written skills to persuade stakeholders and negotiate contracts.
· Strong understanding of sales techniques, consultative selling, and relationship management.
· Competence in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
· Ability to analyse market trends, track KPIs, and manage budgets.
· 2–4 years’ proven experience in account management, sales support.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: €35,000.00-€55,000.00 per year
