We’re Hiring: Business Development Executive (B2B IT Sales)
Location: Thane (W), Mumbai – On-site (Work from Office Mandatory)
Experience: 4–6 Years
Employment Type: Full-Time
Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Executive with strong experience in B2B IT Sales to drive revenue growth, client acquisition, and strategic sales initiatives across IT services.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive revenue generation and achieve quarterly & annual sales targets
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in IT services, automation, cloud, and digital transformation
- Build and manage a strong B2B sales pipeline and drive conversions
- Acquire new enterprise clients and grow existing accounts
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and solution discussions
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers
- Understand client requirements and align solutions accordingly
- Collaborate with internal teams (delivery, technical, leadership) for successful deal closures
- Support proposal creation, RFP responses, pricing, and contract negotiations
- Ensure smooth execution from lead generation to deal closure
- Track pipeline, forecasts, and KPIs using CRM tools
- Maintain accurate reporting and follow structured sales processes
- Stay updated on market trends, competition, and emerging technologies
Required Skills
- Mandatory experience in B2B Sales & IT Sales
- Strong expertise in enterprise client acquisition & account management
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Experience handling the end-to-end sales cycle
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales tracking
- Target-driven mindset with strong business acumen
Good to Have
- Experience in IT services, automation, cloud, or digital transformation sales
- Exposure to enterprise/BFSI clients
