We’re Hiring: Business Development Executive (B2B IT Sales)

Location: Thane (W), Mumbai – On-site (Work from Office Mandatory)
Experience: 4–6 Years
Employment Type: Full-Time

Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Executive with strong experience in B2B IT Sales to drive revenue growth, client acquisition, and strategic sales initiatives across IT services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive revenue generation and achieve quarterly & annual sales targets
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in IT services, automation, cloud, and digital transformation
  • Build and manage a strong B2B sales pipeline and drive conversions
  • Acquire new enterprise clients and grow existing accounts
  • Conduct client meetings, presentations, and solution discussions
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers
  • Understand client requirements and align solutions accordingly
  • Collaborate with internal teams (delivery, technical, leadership) for successful deal closures
  • Support proposal creation, RFP responses, pricing, and contract negotiations
  • Ensure smooth execution from lead generation to deal closure
  • Track pipeline, forecasts, and KPIs using CRM tools
  • Maintain accurate reporting and follow structured sales processes
  • Stay updated on market trends, competition, and emerging technologies

Required Skills

  • Mandatory experience in B2B Sales & IT Sales
  • Strong expertise in enterprise client acquisition & account management
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Experience handling the end-to-end sales cycle
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and sales tracking
  • Target-driven mindset with strong business acumen

Good to Have

  • Experience in IT services, automation, cloud, or digital transformation sales
  • Exposure to enterprise/BFSI clients
