Job Description:
BlackCode is looking for a motivated Business Development Executive who can generate leads and bring new clients for website development, eCommerce solutions, ERP systems, custom software, and digital services.
This role is ideal for sales professionals, freelancers, students, or individuals with strong networking and communication skills who want to earn attractive commissions based on successful project closures.
Responsibilities:
- Find and connect with potential clients.
- Generate leads through LinkedIn, social media, referrals, networking, and other channels.
- Understand client requirements and schedule meetings.
- Follow up with prospects and convert them into customers.
- Maintain client relationships and support business growth.
- Meet monthly sales targets.
Requirements:
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Basic understanding of websites, eCommerce, ERP, or software services (training can be provided).
- Self-motivated and result-oriented.
- Ability to work independently.
Compensation:
Option 1 (Recommended):
- No fixed salary.
- 10% to 20% commission on every successfully completed project.
- Unlimited earning potential.
Option 2:
- ₹5,000 - ₹10,000 fixed monthly stipend.
- Plus commission on each project closure.
Example Earnings:
- Website Project Worth ₹30,000 → Earn ₹3,000 - ₹6,000 Commission.
- ERP Project Worth ₹1,00,000 → Earn ₹10,000 - ₹20,000 Commission.
- eCommerce Project Worth ₹50,000 → Earn ₹5,000 - ₹10,000 Commission.
