  • Knowledge of HVAC, energy efficiency, or commercial building solutions is an advantage but not required

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Hunt, identify, and win new B2B clients in commercial HVAC, energy, and related sectors, driving growth like it’s your own business.
  • Lead high-impact client engagements, delivering presentations, consultations, and proposals that turn opportunities into results.
  • Build lasting relationships and act as a trusted advisor, influencing client decisions and shaping outcomes.
  • Collaborate across HVAC, solar, and other teams to design and deliver integrated, market-leading solutions.
  • Track market trends, competitor moves, and emerging opportunities to uncover new growth avenues.
  • Own your sales targets, revenue goals, and KPIs, anticipate challenges, act fast, and exceed expectations.
  • Contribute to Rolic Group’s strategy and growth initiatives with bold, actionable ideas.
  • Mentor junior team members, fostering entrepreneurial thinking, ownership, and a culture of high performance.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven success in B2B sales, business development, or related commercial roles
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently and take initiative
  • High energy, proactive, and resilient in a results-driven environment
  • Understanding of HVAC, energy efficiency, or related commercial solutions is an asset
  • Willingness to invest in personal growth and participate in equity ownership

WORK LOCATION:

· Field-based role with client engagements across Ontario and other provinces, with opportunities for out-of-country projects.

· Head office support and collaboration based in Markham, Ontario.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $60,000.00 per year
