Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and client relationship management, preferably in the security services industry, and will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and promoting our security guard services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in commercial, residential, and industrial sectors for manned guarding and security services.
  • Generate leads through networking, cold calling, field visits, and digital outreach.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Conduct client meetings and presentations to showcase service offerings.
  • Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals in line with company goals.
  • Collaborate with the operations team to ensure smooth service delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions.
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
  • Maintain a sales pipeline and update CRM systems regularly.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum 1-3 years of experience in business development, preferably in security services or facility management.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated with strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Ability to travel within the assigned region for client meetings and site visits.
  • Familiarity with tendering processes and government/private sector procurement is a plus.
