Suomen Autolasi OY is a growing company operating in the automotive glass service sector in Finland. The company is expanding its operations and developing a wider service network across Finland.
We are looking for a Business Development Manager to support this growth.
Main responsibilities:
- Development and expansion of the company’s service network across Finland
- Implementation and improvement of CRM systems for customer management
- Optimization of lead processing and customer response speed
- Development and standardization of internal workflows and operational processes
- Coordination between sales staff, drivers, and technicians
- Support of marketing and customer acquisition
- Implementation of digital tools, including AI-based solutions for customer communication
The role requires a combination of business development, customer process management, and practical experience in CRM systems.
This is a full-time position (40 hours per week).
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: 2 700,00€ - 3 500,00€ per month
Work Location: In person
