About the role:
As a Sales Representative at Energy Spurt, you will play a key role in driving business growth across the renewable energy sector. You will be responsible for identifying new opportunities, developing strong customer relationships, and helping solar retailers, installers, and project developers achieve success through our industry-leading products and services.
Key responsibilities:
- Proactively identify and engage potential customers across the residential and commercial renewable energy market.
- Build strong, long-term business relationships by providing value, solving problems, and supporting customers' growth objectives.
- Develop customer interest and successfully convert business from competing suppliers to Energy Spurt.
- Confidently present and communicate the benefits of Energy Spurt's products, services, and support capabilities.
- Manage the complete sales process from quotation through to order fulfillment and dispatch.
- Grow and develop a portfolio of new and existing accounts while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Communicate regularly with customers regarding product availability, order status, pricing negotiations, project pipelines, and sales forecasts.
- Collaborate closely with internal sales, operations, logistics, and technical teams to ensure exceptional customer outcomes.
- Consistently achieve and exceed individual sales targets and KPI expectations.
- Deliver outstanding customer service and provide ongoing support to customers and colleagues alike.
- Maintain strong market awareness and identify emerging opportunities within the renewable energy industry.
Who should apply/ who are we looking for:
- 1-2 years of sales experience is is an advantage. Experience within the solar, battery storage, EV charging, electrical wholesale, or renewable energy industry will be highly regarded.
- A proactive "hunter" mentality with a strong desire to win new business and exceed targets.
- Self-motivated, ambitious, and driven by achieving measurable results.
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
- Comfortable engaging with business owners, decision-makers, installers, and project stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving abilities with the capacity to remain calm and professional under pressure.
- Positive attitude, high energy, and a willingness to continuously learn and develop industry expertise.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- A valid driver's licence and willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
