Who Are We Looking For?

We are looking for a part-time Business Development Manager to join WuKong Education Group. You will be working in collaboration with executive leaders and management team, and leading marketing growth and outreach efforts to develop, implement, and strategize a variety of tactics designed to improve market share throughout the assigned service area.

What You Will Be Doing:

• Lead, manage, and execute end-to-end online/offline activations effectively, drive growth and have ownership of promotion target in local territory.
• Actively develop new promotion opportunities, build a wide network of relationships with business partners, and follow up the process of cooperation campaigns.
• Identify and generate new business partners via canvassing on the ground, organize and manage the team in specific activities.
• Be a professional representation of the company, products, and customer value proposition. Implement relative work according to the arrangement.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in marketing, communications, business or a related field or equivalent education/experience.
• A proactive self-starter who works autonomously with high energy, results-driven, and entrepreneurial.
• Well-developed communication skills in English and Mandarin, be familiar with the local Chinese community and merchants.
• Minimum one year working experience in marketing or sales. Proven track record in business development & negotiations that have contributed to the delivery of growth objective.
• Tenacious and resilient, driven to achieve even when faced with obstacles.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 20 per week
