Role and Responsibility -
- Manage and engage with company-provided prospective clients and leads, understand their business requirements, and convert them into successful business opportunities.
- Identify customer requirements and recommend suitable products and services offered by the company.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets as assigned by the management.
- Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and client meetings (online/offline) to convert prospects into customers.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with assigned leads and customers to ensure timely closures and build long-term business relationships.
- Update and maintain accurate customer records, sales activities, and follow-up status in the company's CRM or designated reporting system.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth onboarding and timely delivery of services to customers.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports and submit them to the reporting manager.
- Represent the company professionally while interacting with customers, channel partners, and stakeholders.
- Maintain confidentiality of customer information, company data, pricing, and business strategies.
- Continuously improve product knowledge, industry knowledge, and sales skills through company training programs.
- Follow all company policies, processes, compliance requirements, and reporting standards.
- Perform any additional responsibilities, projects, or assignments related to sales, business development, operations, customer relationship management, or organizational growth as assigned by the management from time to time.
KPI -
Performance may be evaluated based on:
- Revenue generated.
- Conversion of company-provided leads into customers.
- Achievement of monthly sales targets.
- Customer satisfaction and retention.
- Accuracy of CRM updates and reporting.
- Professional conduct and adherence to company policies.
The Company reserves the right to modify, expand, or reassign roles and responsibilities based on business requirements and operational needs.
Qualifications
- Business growth capabilities with strong New Business Development and Customer Service skills.
- Analytical mindset with solid Analytical Skills and a basic to intermediate understanding of Finance.
- Clear and professional Communication skills, including presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management.
- Bachelor’s degree Engineering or in Business, Management, Finance, Marketing, or a related field; MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification is an advantage.
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or client-facing roles, preferably in real estate, consulting, or digital services.
- Ability to work on-site in Pune Division, manage multiple projects, and meet targets within timelines.
- Proficiency with MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and familiarity with CRM or sales tracking platforms.
- Strong ethical standards, problem-solving abilities, and a collaborative approach to working with cross-functional teams.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
