<Responsibilities>

  • Develop, identify and secure new business opportunities within the multifamily market segment
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with property owners, developers, and management companies to expand our client base
  • Utilize CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software such as Hubspot to track leads, manage contacts, and monitor sales pipelines effectively
  • Lead negotiations and contract discussions to close deals that align with company objectives while ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to create targeted campaigns that generate leads and increase brand visibility in the multifamily sector
  • Manage project timelines and coordinate resources to ensure seamless delivery of solutions tailored to client needs
  • Maintain comprehensive records of customer interactions, sales activities, and strategic planning efforts for ongoing analysis and improvement

<Skills>

  • Proven experience in business development or sales within the multifamily or real estate industry
  • Strong proficiency with Salesforce and other CRM software for managing customer relationships and sales processes
  • Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to craft mutually beneficial agreements
  • Strategic planning capabilities to identify market trends and develop actionable growth initiatives
  • Effective project management skills to oversee multiple initiatives simultaneously
  • Knowledge of marketing principles relevant to real estate or property management sectors
  • Ability to foster meaningful relationships through excellent communication and interpersonal skills
