Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Buyer to join our team. This is a full-time, permanent position offering a competitive salary and opportunities for professional growth.

Responsibilities

  • Source, evaluate, and purchase materials, equipment, and supplies to meet company requirements.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers.
  • Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms to ensure cost savings and quality assurance.
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with internal departments to forecast purchasing needs.
  • Analyze market trends to identify opportunities for improvement and cost efficiency.
  • Prepare purchase orders, maintain accurate records, and ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Resolve supplier issues related to delivery, quality, or invoicing.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the procurement process.
  • Qualifications
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a purchasing procurement or buyer role.
  • Strong negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with ERP systems is an asset.
  • Highly organized with attention to detail and strong time management skills.
