Essential Responsibilities Include:

• Support Senior Designer in developing and executing design concepts for projects from start to finish
• Coordinating with vendors and subcontractors
• Help with Auto/cad or 20/20 plans and elevations as needed
• Preparing client presentation materials, including mood boards, client binders, sample organization and specifications
• Ability to address client questions in a timely manner
• Product sourcing and obtain pricing from vendors
• Keeping up to date on projects, spreadsheets, binders, files, correspondence
• Order and track samples, and pick up samples as needed
• Assist team with filling data entry, general office tasks, etc
• Drive to job site in order to meet clients (company car)

Qualifications:

• Interior design degree preferred
• Cabinetry Experience for Kitchen and other built inns
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Strong organization skills

Required Education/Experience:

To be eligible to perform this job, an individual must possess the following:

• Minimum 6 months intern experience in a design firm
• Background working with a design team
• Bachelors’ degree in interior design from an accredited program is preferred
• Remodel and renovation experience is strong preferred
• Attention to detail, highly organized with ability to multi-task
• Knowledge of general principals of design and construction documents
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (word, excel, outlook, PowerPoint)
• Adobe Creative suite knowledge and Photoshop strongly preferred
• Excellent communication, costumer service and organizational skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment while manage able to manage time with conflicting priorities
• Kitchen cabinets experience - Design and customer service
• Valid Driver license and clean record
• Tax id or Social security number
• Bilingual a plus ( english and spanish)

Salary: Dependent upon experience

Hours: 40 Hours per week (Monday to Friday, Saturday as needed it)
