Cabinet Maker – Institutional/Commercial Cabinetry

About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Cabinet Maker to join our team, specializing in the production of institutional-commercial style cabinetry. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience building from shop drawings, working with hard rock maple, and fabricating solid surface materials to precise standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Read and interpret detailed shop drawings and project specifications.
• Construct and assemble institutional-grade cabinetry and millwork components.
• Work with hard rock maple and other high-quality hardwoods.
• Experience with solid surface countertops and components
• Operate woodworking machinery safely and efficiently (table saws, edgebanders, CNC, etc.).
• Ensure all finished products meet quality and durability standards.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3–5 years of cabinetmaking experience, preferably in an institutional or commercial setting.
• Strong knowledge of solid surface fabrication and finishing techniques.
• Ability to work from technical drawings and blueprints with accuracy.
• High attention to detail and craftsmanship.
• Reliable, organized, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
