We are looking for motivated and reliable individuals to join our team as Residential Support Technicians. In this role, you will provide in-home technical support, assist customers with basic equipment setup, and ensure high-quality service. No prior field experience is required — we offer paid training to help you succeed.

Location Details

• Primary Work Area: Batesville, IN
• Training Location: Clayton, OH
• Training Pay: $20/hour (travel assistance available)

Key Responsibilities

• Travel to customer locations based on a scheduled route
• Assist with basic installations and troubleshoot minor technical issues
• Deliver excellent customer service and explain services clearly
• Accurately document service visits and updates
• Follow all safety guidelines and company procedures
• Perform duties indoors and outdoors as needed
