My Kind Of Food - Joondalup Health Campus is looking for a cafe supervisor & a Manager.
Minimum of 3 years experience in a cafe or a restaurant, including Coffee making.
- Manage the front-of-house team, including scheduling, training and performance management.
- Liaise with the kitchen team to maintain high standards of food quality and presentation.
- Implement and enforce health, safety and hygiene policies and procedures.
- Focus on customer satisfaction through exceptional service delivery.
- Strong people leadership skills with experience in recruiting, mentoring, training and developing teams.
Not Suitable for Working Holiday visa holders or overseas applicant.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 – $65,000.00 per year
