Manage busy cafe/Bistro in Landmark district.
A Cafe Bistro Manager oversees all aspects of a cafe's operations, including staff management, customer service, food and beverage quality, and financial performance. They are responsible for ensuring a smooth and efficient daily operation while maintaining high standards of service and profitability. Here's a more detailed breakdown of the responsibilities: Staff Management:
- Recruiting, hiring, and training: Finding and onboarding new employees, including baristas and wait staff.
- Scheduling and supervision: Creating work schedules, managing staff performance, and providing feedback.
- Training: Ensuring staff are proficient in food and drink preparation, customer service, and safety procedures.
- Manager will also be compensated with bonuses and fringe benefits.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $3,700.00 per month
