Calibration Engineer

Calibration Engineer (m/f/d)

Your challenges:

Perform calibration services as assigned by management to support the achievement of team-based annual objectives.
Calibrate, disassemble, assemble, clean, and repair equipment undergoing calibration.
Execute service procedures in accordance with established customer protocols, ensuring all instruments meet agreed specifications.
Diagnose and troubleshoot faulty units, performing repairs upon receiving client authorization.
Accurately record calibration measurements using designated calibration software.
Adhere to all safety protocols, including manual handling procedures, and comply with site-specific health and safety requirements such as work permits and the use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
Nationwide travel required.

Your expertise:

Experience in laboratory testing would be a distinct advantage but is not essential
National Framework of Qualifications (NFQ) level 7 qualification in a relevant discipline and 1+ years of related work experience.
Demonstrate strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to understand technical manuals and documentation.
Thrive under pressure in fast-paced team environments while building strong customer relationships.
Literacy in Computer Operating Systems and applications such as Microsoft Windows, Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.
Full clean driving licence.
