Calibration Technician

What you’ll be doing:

Working within our Survey & Robotics team, you will be responsible for ensuring all equipment is prepared, tested, labelled, identified, stored safely, calibrated, and packaged appropriately before delivery.

Day to day you'll be involved in:

• Ensuring the calibration laboratory and workshop remain a safe and tidy working environment
• Inspecting, testing, repairing, servicing and preparing stand-alone equipment requiring calibration
• Ensuing that calibration certification is accurate and reported correctly and records are valid and current
• Ensuring that test equipment used during measurement and calibration is calibrated and traceable to national standards

What will help you be successful in the role?

• A qualification or relevant industry experience in Electronics/Electrical Engineering OR
• Experience working in a Technician/Engineering role, with thorough knowledge of electronic equipment and the Subsea industry
• Previous calibration experience & experience undertaking the repair, maintenance and testing of electronic equipment
