Call Center Executive

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage Inbound/Outbound Calls: Handle large volumes of calls in a timely manner, respond to customer inquiries, and resolve issues efficiently.

2. Provide Customer Support: Identify customers' needs, clarify information, research issues, and provide solutions or alternatives.

3. Resolve Customer Complaints: Investigate and resolve customer complaints in a fair and timely manner, escalating issues to supervisors as needed.

4. Upsell/Cross-Sell: Seize opportunities to promote products or services, building sustainable relationships and engaging customers.

5. Data Management: Keep records of conversations in the call center database, analyze service quality data, and make informed decisions.

6. Training and Development: Frequently attend educational seminars to improve knowledge and performance levels.

7. Adhere to Quality Standards: Ensure compliance with quality standards, policies, and procedures.

8. Meet Performance Targets: Meet or exceed performance targets, including first-call resolution, average handling time, and customer satisfaction.

1. Excellent Communication: Strong phone and verbal communication skills, active listening, and empathy.

2. Problem-Solving: Ability to analyze problems, think critically, and provide effective solutions.

3. Time Management: Capacity to multitask, set priorities, and manage time efficiently.

4. Adaptability: Ability to adapt to different personality types, cultures, and situations.

5. Technical Skills: Familiarity with CRM systems, practices, and technology.

6. Positive Attitude: Maintain a positive attitude, even in challenging situations.

7. Team Player: Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives.

Qualifications:

1. Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred.

2. Experience: Previous experience in customer support, preferably in a call center environment.

3. Language Skills: Fluency in English (written and verbal); additional languages an asset.

4. Availability: Ability to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Day shift
  • Rotational shift

Work Location: In person
