Job Description – Customer Service Executive (CSE)
Reports To: Fitness Center Manager / Operations Manager
Employment Type: Full Time
Role Overview
The Customer Service Executive (CSE) is responsible for managing the fitness centre's front desk operations and ensuring a seamless, positive experience for all members and visitors. The role involves handling memberships, member queries, scheduling, coordination with trainers, and maintaining accurate records while delivering excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities :-
- Handle member registrations, check-ins, and access management as per company policies.
- Assist members with queries related to memberships, schedules, classes, trainers, and facilities.
- Manage membership sales, renewals, and payment coordination.
- Maintain accurate records of memberships, bookings, and member information in the system.
- Coordinate with trainers and operations staff to ensure smooth daily gym activities.
- Manage studio/class bookings and ensure proper scheduling of sessions.
- Respond to calls, emails, and in-person inquiries professionally.
- Support promotional activities, wellness programs, and member engagement initiatives.
- Ensure the reception and common areas are well-maintained and presentable.
- Provide basic guidance to members about gym rules, etiquette, and available services.
Required Skills :-
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer service orientation
- Basic computer and MS Office knowledge
- Good Organizational and coordination skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and member interactions
Preferred Qualifications :-
- HSC/Graduate in any discipline
- 1–3 years of experience in customer service, hospitality, or the fitness industry
- Prior experience at a gym, wellness center, or corporate fitness facility is an advantage.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
