Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated and customer-oriented Call Center Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will handle inbound and outbound calls, coordinate with our elite customers for the pickup and delivery of clothes, and maintain accurate records of transactions and payments.
· Answer incoming calls and help customers with their laundry orders.
· Call customers to confirm or schedule pickups and deliveries.
· Keep track of customer orders and update the team.
· Maintain payment and billing records.
· Help solve basic customer questions or problems.
Skills:
· Strong communication skills in English and Marathi/Hindi (local languages) are essential.
· Basic knowledge of accounting and data entry (Excel or similar software).
· Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
· Customer-focused with problem-solving skills and patience.
