Dr. Bishop & Associates is a busy Optometric office looking for a high-performance, detail-oriented Full-Time Call Center Representative for our Douglas Glen (SE) Administrative location.

Responsibilities:

*Answering incoming and making outbound phone calls

*Scheduling appointments through phone calls and emails

*Triaging phone calls and emails

*Will have the potential to be cross trained as an Optometric Assistant

*Extensive education and learning in the optometric field

Qualifications:

*You have outstanding phone communication and service skills. Being able to answer multiple phone lines is not an issue.

*You maintain motivation while performing repetitive tasks.

*You are efficient, reliable and enjoy multitasking while pursuing perfection.

*You have a passion for growth, continual learning and developing new skills.

*You have experience working in a fast-paced environment and thrive on meeting strict deadlines.

*You are personable, mature, and able to handle any issues with a calm disposition.

*You have knowledge of computer software – Microsoft Word, Outlook & Excel.

*Fluent in Cantonese or Mandarin would be an advantage.
