Campaign Executive

The Campaign Executive role is the perfect foot in the door, entry level opportunity here at TVNZ for for those wanting to enter the magic of media and TV!

The opportunity - Te tūranga

As the Campaign Executive, reporting to Campaign Manager in our Revenue team, you will be responsible for implementing and managing a portfolio of linear advertising campaigns from the initial brief, through daily monitoring, to campaign post analysis (including sponsorships).

• Ensure customer advertising placement and buying requirements are delivered on time, on budget and on plan. Ensure all sponsorship obligations are set in place and managed with care.
• Accurate data entry of buying requirements and creative into the relevant operating systems.
• Maintain and track campaign performance including spend, discount, and CPT
• Manage advertiser instructions and material ensuring it adheres to industry standards
• Demonstrate competency and understanding of all relevant operating tools and systems.
• Able to cope in high pressure situations and understand the priority of tasks and deadlines.

Experience and Knowledge

• Passion and knowledge of the advertising & broadcasting industry and the changing media landscape.
• Tertiary qualification in Communication, Advertising and/or Media preferred.
• Computer literate and able to learn new operating systems quickly.
• Reasonable experience and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
