Overview:

We are hiring an energetic and self-driven Marketing Executive to take full ownership of marketing within a busy construction recruitment agency.

This is a standalone role where you’ll manage all marketing activity while also supporting a newly launched maintenance company within the group — helping build its brand and online presence, including developing a new website.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage social media channels (Facebook, TikTok, etc.) to attract candidates
• Create engaging content (ads, emails, SMS campaigns, visuals using Canva)
• Run and optimise SEO, PPC, and local advertising campaigns
• Support the setup and marketing of a new maintenance business
• Assist with website development and online presence for the new company
• Update and maintain CRM data (ensuring accurate phone numbers and email addresses)
• Encourage team participation in social media and content creation
• Monitor campaign performance and report on results
• Organise team events, socials, and internal activities

Requirements:

• Previous marketing experience (with examples of content/campaigns)
• Strong written English and communication skills
• Highly organised and able to manage multiple tasks independently
• Proactive, energetic, and hands-on approach
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

Desirable:

• Experience in recruitment or construction marketing
• Experience with CRM systems and data management
