Job Summary:
We are looking for enthusiastic and result-driven Marketing Executives to promote the school, generate admissions leads, strengthen community relationships, and enhance brand visibility. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and a passion for educational marketing.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate admissions leads through ATL (Above the Line) and BTL (Below the Line) marketing activities.
• Achieve admission conversion targets through effective counseling and follow-ups.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and trends.
• Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on research findings.
• Organize outdoor events, roadshows, and promotional campaigns to increase school awareness.
• Build and maintain partnerships with local communities, organizations, and businesses.
• Enhance school visibility through branding initiatives, promotional activities, and media engagement.
• Coordinate the distribution of marketing materials and promotional content.
• Prepare and submit daily reports on lead generation, admissions, and marketing activities.
• Represent the school professionally and maintain high standards of conduct and appearance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Education, or a related field..
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to meet lead generation and admission targets.
• Proficiency in MS Office and reporting tools.
• Willingness to travel locally for events and outreach activities.

Job Type: Full-time
Salary: (Based on experience)
Experience: 1–3 years preferred

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
