Sales Executive – Automotive Industry

Location: Dublin, Ireland

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: €25,000 - €80,000 per year (Base Salary + Commission)

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Sales Executive to join our dynamic team at MotorCorp in Co. Dublin. If you have a passion for sales, a strong understanding of the automotive industry, and a drive to exceed targets, this is an excellent opportunity for you!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable vehicles.
  • Manage and update the dealership's website and CRM system.
  • Work closely with the finance team to facilitate customer transactions.
  • Maintain strong product knowledge and stay up to date with industry trends.
  • Handle enquiries and follow up with potential buyers.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and build long-term client relationships.

Requirements:

  • Previous car sales experience (minimum 2 years required).
  • Full, clean driver’s licence.
  • Strong general IT skills, including CRM management.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
