About the Role:

As a Career Advisor at Skyline Career, you will serve as the first point of contact for job seekers. Your role is to guide, support, and connect individuals to the right career opportunities by understanding their skills, goals, and potential. You’ll play a key part in helping them take confident steps toward their future.

Key Responsibilities:

• Communicate with job seekers to understand their career goals and skillsets.
• Guide candidates through resume preparation, interview readiness, and role alignment.
• Suggest suitable roles based on qualifications, experience, and interests.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with relevant recruiters or hiring teams.
• Maintain detailed candidate records in the internal system.
• Offer basic career counseling, confidence-building tips, and job market insights.
• Follow up regularly with placed candidates for feedback and support.

Requirements:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Empathetic, patient, and proactive in helping others.
• Ability to multitask and manage conversations with multiple candidates.
• Basic understanding of job roles across industries is a plus.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

• Fixed shift
• Monday to Friday
• Night shift
• US shift
